so i had been looking for nearly a year for a plastic molded tail light cover for the 18 mustangs, and was continuously only finding tint. living here in florida, i refuse to tint my lenses on my car because the sun will just bake that glue onto the lens and ruin them in time.
finally i found a set on aliexpress, at a whopping price tag, but after gazing at them on the internet for weeks i finally said screw it and placed the order. well, that was 3 weeks ago, and they finally arrived and were installed last night. Damn do they look Good! i had always hated the bright red of the tail lights, having nearly everything else blacked out on the car, but these covers make the entire ass look nearly seamless. i couldnt be happier with the results.
after installing them, i can see why they were charging nearly 150 bucks for a set; as each light has its own unique shape, so they cant just make 1 mold and call it a day. but they do fit perfect, and install was a breeze.
