Pretty much. They still have to install the SE badging, then it goes to the alignment rack, then test drive.
Yes, electronic e-brake. There is one on each side.

100% OEM that I sent to Poland to be converted to US functionality. I've had these ready to go for 5 months now. Bought them on eBay last year (from the UK), received them, shipped them to Poland, and got them back in February. They came off 2020 Euro Bullitt.
