Jerk when shifting to 8th gear?

I have a 2019 GT PP1 with 10R80 trans. Just over 23k miles. The car drives great all things considered, only when upshifting to 8th gear, especially at lower speeds, you can feel a jerk forward. Not extremely violent but noticeable. Is this normal behavior? Or something I should worry about? Any insight would appreciated.

I had my Mach 1 in the shop a month or so ago to get an alignment correction cause my tires got chewed up before 5000 miles on the front. I was having an extremely violent 4-5 upshift in sport+/track mode but was butter smooth in drag and slight harshness in normal. I asked if they would check the trans fluid and it was 1 qt low. After getting it filled correctly drove it again and could not reproduce it and was also shifting more smoothly in sport+/track afterwards as well.
