And let me let you in on something, as I happen to fall within the 99th percentile of government registered IQ tests, take that what you will. In terms of logic, mathematical abilities, spatial correlation and working memory, I am above the 150 mark lol.Dude. Let me give you some serious advice and please write this down somewhere.
The period of time when you got a decent paying job and you dont have a kid and a mortgage and a wife to take care of (because she cannot work to take care of the kid) is the ONLY time when you can save for your future (and for your family's future). If you are spending 100k on a stupid mustang and for god knows what else, you are making a big mistake.
You will realize this in 10 years but it will be too late.
Ask me how I know. I have been luckier than the average person but it could have turned out much worse.
So TRUST me when I say, I do not need advice from you. I calculate. I will not "realize" anything in 10 years, because I will be far better off in 10 years than I am now, and I am certainly not in a bad situation as is. Will I make some mistakes along the way, I am sure I will. But I will never have anxiety associated with a lack of investing or retirement funds or rainy day backup plans. I am well aware and very well educated on how to make money, save and invest.
Congrats to where you have gotten in life, but I will never respect you or have any time for you considering your last several remarks/condescending assumptions. Judging anyone by their past vehicles or financial situation is the most petty thing you could do. And I'll let you know right now, that a persons character or worth to society is not dependent on the size of their wallet I can guarantee you that.
