It sucks being carless

Signed the title over to the insurance company Tuesday. I'm lost now. I used to keep up with the weather for the weekends, but with no car, why waste the effort? I didn't realize how much of my attention was aimed at driving pleasure. I even miss washing it every weekend.
However, I ordered a 2022 yesterday and just got the email from Ford this morning that the VIN is assigned and scheduled for production the week of June 27. The waiting begins...........

I ordered a ‘22 in January and sold my old car (‘03 GT Vert) in February. Jumped the gun a bit but it was starting to cost more to repair it then my previous car payment… so I’ve also been carless for about two and a half months now and still got a couple more to go it sure does suck!

I sold my vert today, kinda sad. But, if you want me windscreen “love the drive” your welcome to it. Just have to drive to the metropolis of Hornbeck to get it. Seriously your welcome to it.

Got an email from Ford today:

THE PRODUCTION DATE FOR YOUR VEHICLE HAS CHANGED.

Dear George B****, We have made an adjustment to the production date for your 2022 Mustang. Your vehicle is now scheduled to be built the week of June 20, 2022. We will continue to keep you informed regarding your vehicle's production status. Thank you.

A week sooner if it holds true.

i feel ya. sold my truck to the dealer and my cobra is under consignment so its just the explorer for the whole fam and they're off at the river for a couple days
