Update:

Just spoke to the service guy, and they have order the parts for the brake. I don't know if it's that they heard it or the fact that there is a TSB or that Ford CSM talked to them? I don't know. But I'm happy they are taking actions to resolve this. Now, just have to wait for the parts.

But now, the rattle noise. They can't replicate it!

I'll get the car back sometime this afternoon. I'll see if I can hear it when I drive it back. This really is frustrating. Did all it take was simply moving the automatic seat a few times and have a 250 pound guy sit at the back seat fix it? I guess we'll see.

I had a definite squeaking in my door panel. A little investigating and found that one of the bolts to the door panel (under switch trim/arm rest) was not bolted on tightly.

I have what sounds like two pieces of plastic or leather just touching each other ever so lightly. It sounds like a hot sticky day and you just put your sticky finger tip on a piece of leather and then take it off, except it's on off on off on off when you're driving. It comes from the dash area and behind my seat somewhere

I think I know what you're talking about. Almost like a click type noise. I noticed this on a warm day and highway travel. Dash clicks and creaks ever so slightly.

It really doesn't sound that serious and I think that's normal in any new car no? I really don't want them taking apart the dash to fix such a minor problem, I mean you can't expect a car to be completely silent can you?

I'm hoping all the materials are just breaking in and is just really stiff at the moment

It's not really that serious and perhaps just settling in or just the dash design but I've had many new cars (Honda and Toyota before this) and I don't recall any of them having this issue.
