Hi thanks to the administrator to accept me, Hi to everybody, I recently bought a Ford Mustang 2015 GT 50 anniversary , which have a few problems. I am having trouble with two problems right now , the first one and most important is with the Right module in the steering wheel( volume media and calls ) that module doesn’t work , at first tought was the spring clock but it’s weird because the whole left module works perfectly and both of the modules are illuminated at night ,
The second problem is with the vanity mirror lights , to be exact on the driver side , I’ve changed the lights on both mirrors and just the passenger vanity works not the driver , I don’t know why this happened or how it happened I have on my own a forscan if I need to do a some configurations , if someone have or had the same problem please let me know

To add more information, I have done the next things
1 I have checked the fuse of the car to see if it was something like that , and every fuse was good

2 I disconnect the battery to see if it reset but didn’t work ,

Have you tried checking the electrical connectors for both problems. Maybe it had a different steering wheel and a pin is bent? Do you smell any burning plastic?
Did it start recently or was it like that when you bought the car?
I am just throwing a few suggestions out there. Was the car purchased from a dealership? I realize it is an older car but people do trade them in still.

I bought from a third person , I bought no FB marketplace , I never checked the problem on vanity mirror but when I bought it the problem on the steering wheel already was there
And I was thinking on doing that I did the vanity one and there is connectivity I checked with the multimeter and no cables were pinched or burned or something
And for the steering I haven’t done it but I was thinking in disconnecting the battery to take the airbag off and look up for the module and see if there is any bad wire
