Can you expand on this? What did they screw up?? It's one of my dilemmas too. I don't have a shop around here I know that I can trust, and might just take it on myself when time comes. Hell, I've done plenty in the past. But at 53, I hate crawling under a car again. :(Chances are it's the clutch and you actually might have a shot at getting it repaired under warranty. If I'm not mistaken, the clutches in these cars come with a 1 year/12,000 mile warranty.
My dealership was shit, I had been complaining about my clutch since 9k miles and they never did anything and denied anything was even wrong, stating that it felt normal and they couldn't duplicate the issues I was having. Sure enough, the clutch went out at 18k. If you do choose to have an aftermarket unit put in, please go to a reliable speed shop. I'm going through hell with mine after their shoddy install.
