Either my hood is aligned with the header panel, or it's aligned with the driver's side fender. I can't have both, for some reason. I picked a happy medium and try not to look at it very closely.

Update: Thanks all for your help. Car fax is clean, OASIS is clean and pending PPI tomorrow. Is there any way to judge oil consumption on a PPI?
The price is VERY attractive , but close to what I would expect pre-pandemic. I feel like I am missing something about this car but can’t put my finger on it. Small mom and pop high end car kind of place.

somebody has an idea about how to repair this issue? Seems like it was a paint defect (I noticed it when I got the car) but today I was checking something on the wheels and I saw it. It seems like that “paint tear” got broken and I can see the fender metal. Any idea how to repair this without re-painting to avoid oxidation?
