I have a 2016 Mustang Ecoboost. I bought it when it had 81k miles. There is no carfax record of the transmission fluid or differential fluid ever being replaced. I'm going to be replacing both with new fluid. After 85k miles, am I risking ruining my transmission or differential if I replace the fluids in both? I've heard of transmissions slipping and failing when replacing new liquid after 100k plus miles, but I'm not sure if 85k miles is a huge risk. What do you guys think? Risky or safe?
*Edit* Forgot to clarify that It's an automatic transmission.
