they can't simulate driving through a parking lot with a mac daddy cam
All I took from this was that someone or some company needs to make a custom grind cam set and brand them "Mac Daddy" cams! Haha. I would get them just so when people ask if I'm cammed I can tell them I got a set of Mac Daddy's lol.

GM world has plenty if cam names. Some are pretty funny but none of them will tell you what the specs are so I end up specifying my own grinds anyways.

How do you choose between the Magic Stick, The Polluter, Thumpr, etc?

Magic Stick is awesome for a single cam engine lol. Got to think of some funny ones for a multi cam engine.

I made a note of this haha

We have our "Super Stock" Cams for the GT500 cars named after the NHRA class they were developed for.

15+ Coyote cams are in the pipeline.

What are you guys calling a street tune? The email tunes you guys send in?

dyno tune is when your car is strapped to a dyno and put through the paces and data is logged and used to adjust the calibration.

street tune is the same thing except driving around on the street instead of on a dyno.

email tunes are just that.....email tunes. they are the least preferred method of tune (outside of the generic "Canned Tune"). at least email tunes involve some level of logging and adjusting, I prefer to be with the car when I tune, but I do email tunes for GM stuff (not Ford stuff since no one has HPT yet).

Ok thanks. Looks like we are on the same page. Some people mistaken email tunes as street tunes so I was just trying to see what you guys were calling the them.
