Tried a few different usb drives today.

The Cruzer 8gb was the only one that worked. I put a couple songs on each drive and the Cruzer was the only one that my car would recognize and play from.

My ipod still won't play, but I guess at least I know the usb ports work?

My car at least 2 times a week comes up with NAV fault (then the nave won't work) and then phones won't connect through usb. This stays that way for at least a day before it fixes itself. Also sometimes my screen completely freezes and then turns completely black even if I turned the car on and off and opened the door it still remains frosen and/or black

Ok I'm going to try to bring it in next week.. Will they also cover a speaker? It seems I have a bad rattle in my passenger door.

Great investigating! If you have the time, you could also have a dealer test your iPod on the same system you have installed in your vehicle.

Ap8823,

Make sure to bring that up during your appointment. I deal with SYNC concerns only. You could also reach out to my colleagues in the Customer Care Division if you have warranty questions: http://www.mustang6g.com/forums/member.php?u=7992

You mean test it in another vehicle?

I figured out what the problem was. I was using a music app other than the factory installed music app. I was able to put a couple songs in the factory app and everything seems to work fine playing them in my car. Now, I just need to figure out how to get the rest of my songs in there lol. Thanks for the help, everyone!
