Ipod Classic & Sync 3

When i choose a playlist, it plays another playlist that is about 4 above the one I choose. If I voice pick the playlist, it does the same thing. I have restarted the ipod, reset the sync and still it does the same thing. Any suggestions on what to try?

Cara, I spoke with Ford and they don't seem to have an answer on this. They said I may have to go to the dealer for a reset. The weird thing is, it worked before now its all jacked up.

I have the same issue with my iPod video where it plays a completely random song whenever I make a certain selection. It works fine when I go through artists or albums and try to play the song. I just chalked it up to having an old iPod. I might try to reset my iPod or reorganize it.
