I have had an Apple ipod in my Bullitt since it was new in 2018
In recent times it seems to have developed a problem where it plays one song after start up and then won't play anything more.
I am due a service shortly but am a bit gunshy about getting the dealership to play around with the sound system, anybody out there got any useful suggestions?

Is the iPod operating system the most current?

Has your SYNC been updated to the most current version too?

If the answer to both questions above is yes, then have you attempted doing a reset on SYNC?

Yes, usually if an OS is outdated on either component, or fluid cause functionality issues between either device. Most of the time you can get away with skipping SYNC updates, but the Apple updates are less forgiving (sometimes)...

Check your Apple OS # and the SYNC #.

I thought I would try and isolate the problem so I disconnected the ipod overnight and totally turned it off.
This morning it seems to be working perfectly so obviously it was a problem with the ipod and not the car thankfully
Thks for your thoughts
