Was done many months ago.Check the plastic line that attaches right at the master cylinder. Sometimes these arent pushed on all the way and air can get into the fluid
I am having the exact same issue, I just got my clutch and flywheel replaced under warranty at my local Ford dealership. I got the call to come and pick it up, I got in, put my foot on the clutch pedal and little to no resistance. I thought oh dam, I pulled up on the pedal and compressed it a couple of times and it firmed up. I thought okay no big deal. Drove it home and all was fine, the next morning I went to go for a drive and the pedal went to the floor again. I thought I would just go for a quick cruise, got down the street and check engine light illuminated. My Ford app notified me of a misfire. Drove home and called Ford roadside to come and get it. My service writer notified me that it has a misfire in cylinders 4 and 7. Not sure how that came about, I have no modifications except for a Borla cat back exhaust. The misfire notification on my Ford has disappeared and received a email from my service writer telling me I possibly have air in the system and they are troubleshooting it. No word on the misfire, I will let you know what they find.
Finally picked up the mustang and it turns out they had to bleed the air from the system several times and do a crank relearn for the misfire in both cylinders. It also turns out I had to take it back in because I now have a vibration throughout the car starting at 45mph to 60mph and it goes silent until i hit 80mph. My service advisor drove it and can feel the vibration and strange thing is the tech does not notice the vibration. Wish now I would have never took it in.
