Interior Door Handle Spots and Bubbling

I noticed the interior door handles (the pull bar) are bubbling.

I have the drivetrain warranty (Ford certified pre-owned vehicle) and Ford Premium care.

I am comfortable taking the doors panels off and repairing the broken parts. Is there any way to just buy the handle itself, noting that the GT350 version is black-chrome (I believe)?

Do you think I would have any success raising this as a manufacturing/warranty issue?

Obviously, I'm not interested in replacing entire door panels...

I've got the same exact thing going on. I think it might be my own fault; one of my cleaning products or interior dressings might have worked under that doofy fake metal applique they put on.

I don't want to get some dumb eBay stick-on covers, but I can't find an OEM part number for the armrest door pull handle thing. I'm a little concerned I'd have to get a whole new door panel for it.
