Interior Dash trim piece wrapping

Has anyone wrapped their dash trim pieces? I've only seen some painted, mine came with that carbon fiber knock off and i'm thinking about getting it wrapped matte black and i'm wondering if anyone had done it before?

I did mine with black faux leather with French seams. Did the center piece and switch panel. I had they dash wrapped in vinyl but changed to leather when I did the center console. The leather is not as hard to do as you would think, but a bit more challenging than vinyl. I use the vvivid premium+ as far as vinyl goes and have always had good luck with it.

Now that you mention it, that does look good. I wonder if anyone sells the door handles in gloss black like that or even in carbon fiber. I hate the chrome handles.

Already have those. I'm talking about the door handles. Spent a while on eBay just now looking and did not see a single replacement or cover. Unless I'm an idiot and they're not called door handles.

lol I spent a few minutes looking myself. I was thinking about wrapping it and seeing how it looked. I've plenty of gloss black vinyl laying around....might give it a try this weekend.

Will do, didn't realize how much of the interior accent is chrome until I went out to size up the job.

I tried to wrap the chrome dash vents to more of a silver (3M G251) and it didn't turn out well enough for me and took forever. There's just too much material and you get a lot of wrinkles you have to work through. I ended up just buying the GT350 part.

Gonna change my interior! But this is how it looks currently, I will be trying to change it to my exterior which is a Galaxy wrap!

Anyone got any ideas?
