I wanted to see if anyone else has had a problem with the driver/passenger air controls. I've had my 2019 Mustang Bullet in the shop twice and had the HVAC blend door replaced twice. Each time the problem is a little different the first time was in the summer of September last year the heat would be on in the passenger side but you would have the air temperature turned down as cold as it would go. In October I had a similar issue but there was no air pressure on the passenger side but plenty of air on the driver side but the temperature was still an issue because the passenger side was running hot. Both times they replaced the blend door actuator and the problem seems solved for a while then comes back again. Last night when it was 24° outside I had the temperature on high on both sides but the air on the passenger side was coming out cold like it was fresh outside air and the driver side was hot. This morning I wake up warm the car up both sides are working fine no issues. I have it scheduled to be looked at again in one week but this is kind of getting aggravating it is still under warranty but I'm afraid at some point I'm gonna be stuck resolving this problem. The guys at the dealership this morning said they see this a lot in the F150s but not the Mustangs. What's more aggravating is it takes forever to get the dealership to get it looked at the last time it was one month before I could get in to have it looked at and then another month to get the parts. I told them that was going to be unacceptable at this point because I could deal with it in the summertime but the wintertime is another issue. One more thing the air is always screwed up no matter if it is on the defroster coming out the dash or the floor.
