Intercooler issue or just dirt build up?

So about a month ago I noticed a dirty/ greasy looking spot on my Intercooler. I had the bumper off 2 weeks ago so I cleaned it up good and forgot about it. Until this morning, I go out side and notice the spot forming again in the same area. Now I'm wondering is that area is attracting dirt or if there is a leak or something causing that spot to get fouled up? It's right along the weld so that has me concerned.

Get some soapy water and spray it on the area. Rev it up and see if you get bubbles.

It sure looks like that when you blow up the pic. I know when I cleaned it up the first time there wasn't any visible hole but I guess I'll see when I take a better look this weekend.

you have a leak. Probably a pinhole in the weld not gonna hurt anything But I would get it fixed or replaced
