Daily driving and if by track days you mean drag racing, the stock sized units perform surprisingly well. Nothing wrong with the bigger units either as I have one myself, they're just generally more expensive and the smaller upgraded units performed shockingly similar to my current Garrett unit which is almost twice the size. If you're talking about autocrossing or road courses, you might spring for the bigger ones.

really? the mishimoto is a budget FMIC, hardly 'ideal'. For stock location, Garret, for full size, ATM, ETS, Wagner.

I've had that intercooler on for a couple years. It held up on Thunderhill, and it's easily overkill for the street. You'll be fine with it.

I installed the ATM and never looked back. The ATM intercooler is the perfect unit for daily and track.

Atm all the way, any stock sized unit will not so the job.
