Installing Tune Process

Losing my E85 source. Need to switch to 93 tune. Car is tuned by Shoemaker via DSG in Ft Worth. I have the SCT device but have never fooled with it. E85 was installed at the shop initially and it worked well so I never needed to do anything. SCT supposedly has factory, E85 and 93 tunes on it. Walk me thru the process for converting over to the 93 tune (like I’m a novice please!).

Thank you. Does anyone have a video of the steps you actually do with the SCT device? I have a good understanding on running the fuel level down before switching over. I’ve never actually used the programmer. Not sure what I’m going to see or how I’ll know which tune is which. If I still need the recall work done should o put in the factory tune before taking it in? Will the factory tune work ok with LTH?
