If you have time, will you please report back with pics and an evaluation of the Rustoleum product afterward? I have the same issue.

You do realize that a pint can of gray Rustoleum & a 20-cent throwaway paint brush could do all 4 rotor hats.

Spraying the rotor hat is a long way around the block and a mess,
