lol "what bugs" are you serious dude???? do you read any of these post? I mean I realize youre selling them and all, but are you that blind to all these little issues people are having? and while there are a couple of additional features this offers over the stock 8" system, there aint no way in hell Id take this over my stock system, especially with Android Auto around the corner, which this doesnt offer correct? What bugs are you talking about? This system should perform better than the stock ford one. Many are asking me to change from factory 8" screen to this unit.
lol nice back pedal thereVery few bugs. There are just some features this doesn't support.
Moddiction This!release a online document covering all the features of the unit
ModdictionGreat so the USB cable is also used for updates
Thanks for the confirmation. If we had to tear apart the dash for every little update, I think THAT would be a serious design flaw.Yes USB is used for updates or could use rear sd slot but have to unbolt unit for that.
IMO, it's part and parcel of being an early adopter of any tech. Either you want it NOW and deal with the growing pains, or be patient and wait until something else comes along.I honest don't think people knew what they were getting into here with these new units.
You can try and use the front slot, there's no reason why it shouldn't work I also update my units firmware using the front SD slotThanks for the confirmation. If we had to tear apart the dash for every little update, I think THAT would be a serious design flaw.
I will HAVE to give this a try. It would be WAY more convenient. You can try and use the front slot, there's no reason why it shouldn't work I also update my units firmware using the front SD slot
