You have to remember ford is paying as little as they can to move these cars. I refuse to move any of the big 3 cars, they pay very little doesn't even cover fuel or insurance.

It was raining when the car was delivered. I requested that the dealer not touch the car. I installed the splitter myself. I didn't see the damage until I got it on my lift. Now stop and think how many others have been damaged the same way and have been covered up by the dealer installing the splitter.

When the splitter is installed, you don't see any of the gouges on the bumper cover. The yellow paint is on the plastic under the car. Thats where it was ground into the rough edges of the loading ramps and transferred into the scratched it made on the plastic directly behind the splitter.

Well $900 per vehicle isn't cheap. Maybe if you live 1000 miles away. But I'm just 20 miles away. Not saying it's right or wrong. But nobody's telling you to be a car hauler either. I could say I get paid to little to do my job too. But I get paid well. I don't care how much someone gets paid, if you get paid to do a job, have pride in it or move on. Nobody's making you stay there. Same goes for the assembly line workers or Walmart employees for that matter.

That's exactly how I found mine

I'm not sure how many times mine was loaded and unloaded when it left the yard in ATL. Here are a few pics when it was initially loaded.

Notice the angle of the two ramps. Point of contact!

This is how mine came off the truck. Very little room for error. Cassens Transport. Direct ship from Flat Rock to Mississauga, Ontario Canada with no transfer in between. My sales guy recorded this and sent to me.

Ok...time to send pics (more the better) folks at Ford AND talk to them. Get office attitudes out of the game. The problem in part is the window sticker. I'm at a meeting (social) and two guys who work with UPS (both have extensive shipping experience) looked at the window sticker and instantly said it meant the GT350s go in the bottom 3 spaces. The cars facing the back just did register with them until I explained the issue. They both said your average driver will pay very little attention to the sign and then read as as space limiting, not directional. They both felt Ford office folks need to take on the mentality of a driver (time is money) and make it simple...real direct. Keep the sticker but slightly enlarge AND add (in caps) BACK IN ONLY. They need large lettering to match the picture. In essence to explain the picture. Please excuse any typos...Typing on a phone with auto correct running smock.

Photo of mine loaded incorrectly. I also have a video of it being offloaded but it's pretty grainy...

Call me dumb or whatever, but I think I see what some of the lower front valences are hitting on these haulers when they're loaded incorrectly.

Look at the ramps/slats on that hauler just behind the Avalanche TrP above. Where the tie downs are attached to the trailer look like a real valence catcher. I would bet a lotto ticket on that.

Whenever mine comes in I have to pick it up in Conn I'm in ny. I'm picking it up in a private enclosed trailer. If its damaged I'm leaving it there.

Also look at post #51. That's ITLRUN. I blew up the pic where it is also hitting.

Nice post...

I see some crucial break points that backing over, as instructed, would help avoid damage.
