What is the actual "warmed up temp" for engine oil and transmission? (A10)
I usually don't WOT until engine oil gauge needle is at middle and trans temp to pass blue mark (125F)

That’s what I do. Engine oil temp is an inferred value, but I’m confident they can model that pretty accurately. Trans temp is measured, so it’s accurate.

Engine oil should be about 140*+ to go high RPM and load.

With trans oil, it's a little bit different and it's alot thinner also so you should be ok after 100* to go heavy on it.

I don’t recommend going wot until the engine and transmission are at operating temperature. Is there some reason you need to wot before that?

It's best to let it warm up all the way before demanding high performance out of it. Your trans temps should be about 170ish when warmed up with the engine being around 200 degrees. Remember, not only are the fluids doing their most optimal work at full temp but so are the internals of both the engine and trans.

Just trying to figure out what is the actual temp is considered fully warmed up.
For instance a10 reaching 170F takes least 30 min +driving

It might take a little time to warm up but I guarantee it is faster than replacing a transmission. The engine and transmission are built using many different materials and each one expands at a different temperature. At operating temperature all the materials have expanded correctly to provide the correct tolerance. If you wot early you can force one part to expand faster than the others and possible cause them to contact. Like the piston and cylinder. Then you have early wear for no reason

My trans usually hangs out in the 130-140 range.
