Idle speed with cobra jet

Does anyone else have a high idle with their cobra jet manifold? I’m kind of thinking it’s specific to the 18 because of the converter box, but I would love to hear from anyone who is experiencing a high idle. It’s not crazy high, but about 900 - 1000

I did on my 14, but that was with the mono blade. Drivability was ok.
