So, I have a 2016 GT350 and have only had it a month. Just put on the Power Pack from Lethal Performance, that includes the NGauge tuner. I got the window mount and the vent mount, but honestly don't care for either, so I got to think of other mounting options. Here is my idea, I would like to get opinions on if it can be done or any input on what I may have overlooked.

I will purchase the dash trim piece that has the cutouts for 3 vent pieces, that come on the standard mustang GT that doesn't have the 2 gauges in the middle. I will put that in, along with the NGauge installed into that. Doing this would make it so that it isn't mounted next to my window where it could be an easy target for a thief to bust my window and grab it and run.

Now doing this would take the place of the 2 gauges that come standard in the 350, so for those, I was thinking of moving them and mounting them to the A pillar and have them glassed in and wrapped in alcantara to match the rest of the interior. They are smaller gauges and mounted there, they wouldn't take up much visibility, and having them glassed and done right, a potential thief wouldn't see it from the front and think of trying to grab them. With this, my question is, what would be necessary to extend the inputs to the gauges to move the inputs from the center point to the A pillar?

My goal with this is to make everything look like it could have came stock, make it a deterrent for potential thieves, and make it so I don't have to remove my NGauge if I was in an area where I might be worried about it. And I won't lose an air vent in the process

I posted this in the GT350 section as well but figured this could apply to performance pack owners as well

Thanks in advance

Just pop out the center vent and voilĂ !

Sorry, just scanned your message initially. Just now seeing the party where you have the PP gauge cluster. It should be simple to splice in some wires to extend the existing and route everything behind the dash to the new pillar gauge location...
