I think I need a new radiator (15 GTPP). Should I go OEM or aftermarket?

Hey everyone! I appear to be leaking coolant from my radiator after swapping my cams. I don't remember damaging the radiator, but coolant is leaking, and I'm about 99% sure that's the cause. My car is a 2015 GT PP, and I'd like to get input on getting a replacement. Should I go aftermarket or OEM? The OEM one is $575 from Tasca, but I haven't priced any aftermarket ones yet. Any benefit to an aftermarket radiator over the OEP PP radiator? Thanks for the help!

EDIT: Rock Auto says they have the stock radiator for $160. Not sure how that can be if it's $500-$600 everywhere else... Anyone used them before?

I used Rock Auto a bunch when I was fixing up my old Ranger. Never had any problems with them and they were way cheaper. I would just get the stock radiator as long as it was working fine before for you.

Thanks for the info! For $160 it's probably worth a shot. The stock PP radiator was working fine, so I don't feel like the car needs anything more. Just curious if there was something better out there for the same price, but I don't think anything will be able to touch $160.

If it's an OEM part, got with RA.

$160 seems a bit fishy for a brand new, OEM PP radiator when it usually costs in the $500 range new. Rock Auto has good prices but not that good.

Make sure it's the right part number as it could be just a regular GT radiator.

As Thug Life said...the PP radiator is larger and has 2 braces to reinforce the front end. There is a reason the PP radiator is larger and adds reinforcement to your front end...go with another PP, or look into the Mishimoto radiator...they are specialists in this field.

Yeah, the Rock Auto part had me thinking "this is too good to be true." If it was $50 or even $100 cheaper it would be one thing, but nearly $400 cheaper just didn't seem right to me, and I didn't want to have to deal with returning anything in case it wasn't the right one. It also said "various manufacturers" or something like that, so I wasn't totally sure if it was the actual OEM part. The Ford part number listed under it was correct though, so who knows. In the end, I went with a Mishimoto radiator from @beefcake
