I feel cruddy for wasting beefcake's time, and a couple other helpful fellow Stang brothers' time.

It's like when I think I have my decision and I'm ready to order, I listen to another video and then now I'm stuck between two choices, then three..back to one, now two. I'm hopeless lol.

I had my sights set on Corsa's sport catback and now I'm reading it's actually pretty loud, louder than Borla's Sport Catback. I think that may be louder than I'm looking for.

Second in the race was Borla's Touring Catback with the resonator. But I'm worried I'm going to drop all that cash on an exhaust that's barely louder than my stock catback. The tone on it is perfect imo. I'm just not sure how loud it is. I don't want TOO loud but I want noticeable loud. Like, noticeable when you're in the car next to me with your windows up, or maybe waiting at a bus stop and I'm cruising by at 20 mph noticeable.

Third choice is Ford Racing Touring. I really like it's tone and volume but not feeling the rasp at higher RPM's.

The hell's a guy to do? :headbonk::frusty:

I feel exactly as you do! I've spent close to 6 months trying to make a decision! Finally, my wife was away this past week and I just did it! LOL. I went with curtain 3 and got the FRPP touring. My 2nd option was the Magnaflow Street but like you I was afraid it was too close to stock. So far I am very happy with the Ford touring. It's much louder than stock when you get on it but very quiet cruising! I don't do WOT that often so I'm not too worried about the reported rasp. Good luck with your choice!

Sounds like you need a Roush axleback and call it a day. Keep the resonator in place and if you want it louder down the road you can always go with a h-pipe resonator delete.

Either that or go with a Corsa or Borla S axleback and keep resonator for now.

The Corsa Sport Catback is actually quieter than the FRPP sports (Stypes). I don't know who stated they're louder as we're the only company with the systems and can tell you it's not the case. Shawn (infidel) and I were talking and the Corsa is quieter at cruising speed(in cabin) as well.

How's the volume on the Borla Touring in comparison to the stock?

Also, if I were to go with the Corsa Sport Axleback or the Touring Axleback, would that require welding?

It's a pretty good amount louder than stock, I think it's perfect for a daily driver, now that I added Kooks headers it's not crazy loud either

No welding, cut and clamp.

Are you referring to the Borla Touring w/ resonator or the FRPP Borla Touring?

if you don't want loud, just buy my FRPP Sport Axle Backs and keep the stock resonator :)

I'm actually trying go stay away from any form of welding or cutting.

Yeah any axle back is going to require cutting.

Oh good. I'm not the only indecisive person here. That actually makes me feel a LITTLE better.

It took me forever to choose an exhaust. I finally bought one because a member was selling his for a good price and it was one of the three I had narrowed it down to. Otherwise I'd still be stuck trying to choose one. TLDR: You're not alone.
