I really hope these aren't scratches. Please help!

Ok I hope you guys can see the pictures. So the first two have those hard to see marks along the spoiler. Won't wash out. Been rubbing like mad with a MF cloth and still nothing. It MIGHT be sticky residue from tape I used (i used painters tape though!) when putting newspaper around the emblem to plastidip.

The last two pictures look like a real scratch. Maybe my foot scraps it when i get into the car? Can anyone identify these marks? How screwed am I...

Thats really not that bad If I'm seeing them right. You should use a clay bar first and then just polish those scratches out you wouldn't even know they were there. I have way worse on my car because of other idiots.
