Scrubbing Bubbles bathroom cleaner. Test a drop in an inconspicuous area first, if okay spray down the whole wheel and rinse. You can go back over with Scrubbing Bubbles again and agitate or use your favorite wheel cleaner. People get wide eyed when I recommend it, but I've been detailing my cars for 20 years and I love high-end products as much as the next guy, along with proper techniques, but the way Scrubbing Bubbles foams and cuts is perfect for brake dust.

The dust may be embedded into the clear coat. If that is the case, then whatever damage it has done, you'll need to live with. If not, then the brake pads need to be changed for ones that give off less dust.

I just ordered a new set of wheels for my 350, took them immediately to my detailer for ceramic coating..hoping this helps. They will also be satin black vs gloss.. Gloss drives me crazy because if you miss a spot it shows so much more.
I would try griots or auto fanatic... have to be careful with wheel cleaner products as the stronger ones can be nasty... Want you to have a long life and not be wearing a respirator when you are 50!
