So my tires are shot. I need some new rubber and wanted to throw on 285's all around.

Currently I have 2010 GT500 wheels 19x9.5 with the stock setup of 255 front 285 rear and steeda progressives.

What is a good, affordable (relatively) tire that will be fun and last a while.

I know I am asking the world on this one. I want to stay under 1K (preferably under 800 but that is probably asking too much) just for the tires not the mount/balance.

Thank you in advance for the advise.

Mickeys come in 285/35r19 if you have to have that size. Cheap too. Under 800.
Conti DW will last awhile. Not sure if they come in 285/35 though.
Bridgestone s04 come in 275, but I love them.

My vote goes S-04's or NT555 G2's. V12 EVO's if you want even cheaper. If you really want to out some money into them though.... MPSS!!!!!
