Hello 6G!

I found out my motor mounts are failing at 45k and I am looking for a replacement set as my car is my daily.
I called the local dealer and asked the parts department how much an oem set would cost and I was quoted over $150 per side which seems insane.
I wanted to know if anyone has any experience with an aftermarket set of mounts such as steedas? or wanted to know if the Ford Performance 5.0 mounts would also work in the 3.7 subframe.

These are the two sets I referenced.
Steeda: https://www.steeda.com/steeda-adjustable-heavy-duty-s550-mustang-engine-mounts-2015-gt-555-4039.html

Ford Performance: https://www.steeda.com/ford-racing-mustang-5.0l-coyote-motor-mount-kit-11-16-gt-m-6038-m50.html

And if anyone has used either in their 3.7 how much NVH do they add to the car as I still want to keep it more of a street car.

Any help would be appreciated!
Thank you.

I have the Steeda adjustable motor mounts and they’re great! I’ve had them on my car now for almost 2 years and 5900 miles. I used them to lower my motor slightly for extra header/mid pipe clearance. I configured them for the drag race setting (driver’s side black bushing on bottom, red bushing on top and the opposite for the passenger side). NVH hasn't been an issue for me with these mounts.

I have the steeda as well. Though i used the red and didnt mix the red/black. I "might" be able to tell a small difference but i think its in my head as far as nvh goes. Also i lowered the motor 1/2 inch

You dont feel any added drivetrain vibration in car at all? I was told by friend going with a solid mount would make the car potentially vibrate/ shake

If anything its such a small amount i honestly cant tell. And i have done a lot of poly bushing on the car (all steeda) engine, dif, stop the hop with aluminum inserts, radial bearing arms, ect. I have also done a mgw shifter that removed the shifter from the body and mounted it right to the transmision. The shifter was the biggest thing to add nvh and its honestly nothing.

My car is not a daily as i live in michigan so i store it over the winter. But i do put 10-12k on it in the summer months.
