HPDE change transmission fluid frequency

People who go to the track often like for HPDE, how often should I change the transmissiom fluid and diff fluid? I changed the transmission fluid about 1 year/6,000 miles ago and now 2 HPDE days.
Am I good to go longer or should I change it? If it's still red or clear I'm still good right?

I would change both diff and trans fluids annually if you're doing 3-5 (hpde / OTD) days a year.

Even though it's most likely overkill, I would also change it every year or so just for piece of mind. Both are super easy to do and not too expensive since they only take a few quarts each.

Just like the trans, you remove 2 plugs (the only plugs on the diff cover) and then fill the unit with some sort of pump. Can't mess it up.
