How to unmarry SCT without car

I sold my Mustang and still have the SCT4. Is there a way to unmarry it or do I have to send it in? The car was sold with the tune installed and I can't return it to stock. Buyer doesn't want the SCT as he plans to do a HP tune.

Only SCT can reset it and that costs 150 if I'm not mistaken.

So your best option is to work with the buyer.
