I had my car transported from Atlanta to Phoenix earlier this year. It was my first time using a transport service, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The pickup was delayed by a day, but the delivery was on time and the car arrived in the same condition.

One thing I’d recommend is being flexible with your schedule—it helps a lot with pricing and availability. Also, make sure to ask about the cancellation policy upfront, just in case plans change.

During my research, I came across A1 Auto Transport and found their info useful for understanding how the process works. It gave me a clearer picture of what to look for when choosing a company.

Thanks for the info. I'm probably gonna need to transport mine (currently non-running) from Florida to Tennessee, and have read stories of last minute price raises etc. Interested in others experiences and advice.

Does anyone have a suggestion for a specific company that they had a good experience with?

I've had good and bad with the same company

They all seem to hire the same groups of drivers for the actual work, most of the companies you just deal with a sales guy and then a dispatcher.
