Off-topic: was working at a network and surveillance company when I was younger. We went to a client who's house caught of fire due to some electrical issues. Nothing big, but some walls were burned by the plastic fire. The insurance agency came to asses the damage. He said about the walls: "paint the walls? C'mon you can wash that burned area and it's like new". The owner almost hit him )) cheap bastards I tell ya.

Lol, insurance companies are something different entirely: MY last car was totalled because someone crashed into it. This was while my car was simply parked on a parking spot by the side of the road. Police was present, ambulance, towing company (perhaps even the fire brigade). The driver had to be dragged out of her car, taken to hospital for observation. I wasn't there, because I was out of town for the weekend. I did get all the details from the police, so I filed the whole thing with the insurance company ... two months later I get a phonecall: The insurance company of the driver denied she did it.

Isn't warranty some sort of insurance? Your car is insured by Ford for some issues.
