Installing my Mishomotors CAI, need help so I don't break connection.
There are two hoses on CAI piping near the turbo.

One (by pass hose?) is held on with a common clamp which I removed with ease.

The other smaller hose has sort of release clip. I have gone to some install videos and they just say to remove, but not how.

I do not want to break, I know it is probably simple but don't want to burger it up. How exactly to you release?

Preach, brother. I wish Ford would just use lots of plain old-fashioned hose clamps, screws, and nuts & bolts so I don't have to waste an hour to try to figure out how some fancy new hi-tech plastic quick-release thing is supposed to come loose... if I don't break it.

Yeah there is a little tab (that particular ventilation hose does not have quick release like the ones on the throttle body, white tabs you squeeze.), looks like a tiny arm that should be visible from the front looking at the hose, you would use your right hand and use your thumb to push that left and lift up on the hose, its the only thing holding it over the lock ridge... Putting it back on is just pushing down on the hose till it clicks no need to fiddle with the tab then. And yes it would be nice if Ford would pick one standard and stick with it, but I assume some hose connections do not need some type or retention over others based on if the hose is pressurized, needs to be leak proof etc.
