how much power are you guys running on the stock s550 block ?

The stock motors can't take prolonged intervals of boost since the ring gap is not set accordingly. Short runs are fine as long as the fueling and ignition parameters are optimized.

This is not Gen2 or 3 specific.

Is this from Whipple’s claim (if you have a S2 Whipple)? What did you get at the wheel?

I dyno’d at 650whp@7500 in 4th gear (3.31 rear end so can’t do 5th on the MT82). But 533wtq which equates to a probably higher hp if I could dyno in 5th. ~92-93 octane, SAE, Whipple cal. I’m guessing an 11% loss on the manual but too many variables, I have no idea what my crank hp actually is.

BTW zero problems so far but I’m hardly pushing it.

procharger D1x (12lbs) 750 wheel hp standard 4.88 pulley.!

Well, in addition to the longevity concerns, you're going to have to upgrade many other aspects, particularly cooling. Lots more HP's = way more heat.
