How much fluid is needed for a complete brake flush when switching from the factory brake fluid to Castrol SRF in a GT PP? I have one liter and I am assuming I will need part of a second liter. I am having a Ford dealer flush it so they can activate the ABS module to get all of the factory fluid out.

Old thread but I've been told 1500ml so 1.5 of your Castrol SRF containers.

They ended up using about 3/4 of the second bottle so two of the liter bottles is definitely needed.

Its hard to flush the exact minimum, but yeah two bottles of SRF should do the trick.

That's exactly how much I bought for my next flush.

So many...
Also good to know the proper bleed order, especially if you don't know what to do properly and look for. You can waste a lot of fluid doing it wrong.
