How much fluid to completely flush entire brake system?

I'm an Ecoboost upgraded with GT base 4-pot brakes not Brembos. It's a good upgrade from base Ecoboost brakes, but it's not the Brembos. I guess the R8s won't hold an Ecoboost driven hard, time to upgrade the front pads. I knew when I went R8 fronts they might fall short when I upgrade to wider 200tw tires, and I guess that's exactly what happened. This was my first HPDE with the new tires.

...however, I should add that I pointed my thermal heat sensor after that last session and my front rotors read 415 degrees. That's over the wet boiling point and my fluid is a year old, hence the reason for my original question in the first place.
