Depends on alot more than the tune, intake temps being the most important, compression ratios (11 on a stock coyote) altitude, type of forced induction to name a few.
depends on the tune, fuel quality, etc.. I have seen some 91 that was better than some 93 and some not as good as some 89
with the 15, I think 600 or so, personally for a customer car is where I would like to see it kept at, doesn't mean you can't make more

You can always go E85

less mileage, but cost is lower so it balances out
less mileage even more, because your foot will be in it a lot more with the newfound power

That so far is the only downside I have seen. I have been on E85 for about 3 years now. I was paranoid about making the change worried about finding it. So I set my car up with 2 tunes-one with 91 and the bypass locked open and the other E85 and 20psi. I did make sure all my fuel line was E85 compliant and I haven't had an issue yet. There are a lot of E85 stations around me that I never knew about until I started using it. I run around with 740RWHP. Stock heads and cams.
