How much boost is too much for 91 octane?

I like your signature, that's where I'm heading....I think closer to 600rwhp is "safe" for 91.
Depends on alot more than the tune, intake temps being the most important, compression ratios (11 on a stock coyote) altitude, type of forced induction to name a few.Depends on the tune
