I went the opposite way. From 10 speed to manual. I find rowing the gears myself a bit more fun and engaging. Helps me also not text and drive :D! In my opinion, with the great sound of this engine the manuals make it sound so much better.

I am not into drag racing, street racing, or anything like that, so I did not even consider the A10. My wife said only p****** drive automatic Mustangs. LOL. I love my 2018 GT PP1 M6.

I've had 6 manual Mustangs over the years and enjoyed the "engagement", but I'm amazed how good my 19GT A10 is. Used to be autos were horrible, but not any more. And, good or bad, my wife can drive the A10.
My gf test drives manual mustangs for fun. She has driven every boosted stick shift mustang I have ever tested, including a 12' gt500 she wanted and a 15" with 627hp I was looking at. She refused to drive the Camaro's I tested, lol.

If you really like shifting, then I'd suggest you get one while they're still being offered. My guess is they will be obsolete in 5-10 years and the value of those manuals bought now will likely increase. Sorry to say the future rides with the 10R80.

They’ll come up with something else, they can’t help it.
