I think his made it before the cutoff, plenty of others have been delayed.

I don't know about making any cutoff...it left Flat Rock on Jan 2...pretty much in the dead of winter. the original talk about not shipping R's during winter months seemed to suggest that they wouldn't be shipping nov-feb.
Who knows. I'm just glad that it's now made it to Kirk Yard, Indiana!
It's supposed to be a balmy 20 degrees there tonight...brrrr.

That part I understand, but given how early it was built I can see why ford may have pushed it out the door vs storing it for another 3 months, especially since it would likely be sitting outside.

Mine was built Nov. 24th and it still sits in Flat rock.
I believe PP0001 was scheduled to be built the 25th
his got put off till March. Not sure what kind of shape my tires will be in.
But I hope it shows up soon.
As of Dec. 31st, shows sitting in Flat rock, with Delivery date
Dec. 13 to 19 Hmmmmm.

Yours is the only 2016 R model that has actually been built and shipped that I know of. Perhaps that guy with a garage full of yellow cars (Ben I think his name was) had a 2016--not sure though.

I think Ben's is a 2016. Apparently, he does have a garage full of yellow cars...mostly Ferarris...based on the pics he's posted of said garage.

My garage is full of mountain bikes ;-)

I am still waiting with no VIN or any news other than I have a deposit on one and I am waiting for the order to be "pulled." At what point do they start making 2017 model year cars, I don't know what to make of this wait.
