I'm more inclined to believe Ford Performance. That's only 3 weeks to build, prep, and deliver. Not happening. 6 - 8 weeks from Build to On Site is average.

It really depends on how its transported and if it gets held up in QC. Rail seems to take much longer since all of the queue time for it to leave FRAP and all the rail depots they go through.

My car was invoiced 1-5, built 1-12, and delivered to the dealer 1-20. It went via convoy and thus was quick.

My first one was built on Friday, shipped on Tuesday and took 16 days for transport - 20 days total.

Received my vin# from the dealer today. The PDF sheet he sent me says STATUS/RAIL CAR DATE: 2/29 SCHEDULED. Does that mean a finish build date of 2/29? Dealer ETA 3/6 in Oklahoma.

Emailed the dealer to change my paint color today and my salesman called back saying the district rep would pull the order by the end of the February...

I'm cancelling both my orders.

The 2017's are way better. Just by colors and the fact that track pack is standard (albeit higher MSRP most likely)

I could not argue that for you the 17s are better, but I do not see it that way. They are just different as to options and what is now standard.

A GT350 is a GT350 and I am so glad that I have had mine since December so to me that makes it great.......Steve

I agree! I feel blessed just to be in a position to get one of these cars. And not to mention, after 6+ months of waiting she should finally be arriving this Sunday!

Congratulations and good for you.

You are going to love it as the GT350 is a remarkable automobile in every sense of the word.

Ford has produced a car that is in a league of its own and you will know it from just getting in and starting it for the first time, much less the first time you get to really romp it and drive it......Steve

Guess what when the 2017's are out the MY2018 will have something better, its never ending...at some point you just have to say..this is good enough and go with it.:cheers:

Agreed. Only really an issue if you wanted to track the car and wanted the navigation/sync 3 as well

I called Ford Performance today to get an update for my build next week and was told things are running about a week ahead. My car may be completed today, Feb. 18. The window sticker still says Feb. 23. :shrug:
