How do you unlock the N Gauge?

Sold my N Gauge after trading the car, and I thought it was unlocked after putting the car back to stock.

But it's still locked. How do you unlock it? I bought it from a local guy that isn't around anymore.

You have to pay to get it unlocked by your tuner. I assume it is a Lund nGauge so you'll want to email them about it. I think I read that it's $50-100 but I could be off.
