Ok I drive a 2019 GT PP1 with the 10R80 transmission.
Long story short in Track mode it shifted like it had an old school shift kit. Left the battery disconnected and it cleared all the keep alive memory and my nice firm upshifts & overly aggressive downshifts are gone. Tried the Ford manuals recalibration with the 15% throttle 1-7, little more until 7-10 (55mph), brake count to five and do a neutral to reverse.
This helped but it's still not what it was. Oddly enough I almost didn't like the aggressive 1 to 2 shift but now I miss it.
On a side note bought the car two months ago with 2.9 miles on the clock and currently has 1000.
