I was wondering if anyone has tried the new 36.5mm Hotchkis front sway bar? I'm thinking it might be a nice little improvement in cornering over the stock bar or the Steeda. Opinions?

Ppl talk up the ones who pimp their products the most and talk down on the ones who aren't here to reply. It's how this forum works

How do they go for general road use? Upset the ride quality much?

They say their bars are a light weight hollow design. Are Steeda's or BMR's hollow too? Are these any lighter than theirs?

They are all hollow. I do not think any of these 3 vendors worry to much about a sway bar being lightweight. All 3 of these bars should be very close with weights. :)

You mean they pimp the forum reps who readily share help and information while Ford Racing and Hotchkis say things like proprietary information or we test differently.

+1 Steeda or BMR. LOTS of people on this forum running thoas and VERY happy.

The forum is biased towards them because most ppl on here are getting heavy doses of marketing from those two vendors. In the real world it's a different story.

Of course it's great that they share information but they are on here to sell product and they will tell you theirs is the best every time. Just like all of the companies selling intakes and crap that may or may not be better than another (or the stock one). As stated by the Ford Racing rep I spoke with, they don't give out that info specifically because smaller companies try to copy their products.

Looking at the hotchkis bar

So, i'm confused- you're saying even if there is a potentially better product available, I should go with the one who is pimping they're products here?
Lol it's a swaybar, let's not make this more than it is.

Which is why it really doesn't make sense to pay $100 more for a forum sponsor's bars

It makes more sense the other way around but I'm sure everyone steals from everyone
