I want to install a cigar lighter in my trunk to a powered accessory. Is there a hot wire when motor is running in trunk area I can jump into? I don't want it hot with vehicle in off position.

Is this a Tony Soprano car where the 'mark' gets a final smoke before arriving at the dumping grounds
Yes, or maybe I'm setting it up for roadside camping, stretch out in the back, pop the trunk, light up a cigar, gaze at the stars!

I'll pretty much bet you will have to run a wire. All that is there is lights, brake lights and turn signals. I don't know if these vehicles have trunk lights but that wire and fuse would not handle the amps of a lighter.

There is a trunk light and I suppose maybe the lead for the subwoofer if it has the B&O in it

Guess I need to pull right side trunk panel out and see if there is a harness for optional audio equipment.

You need to look at the lighter you intend to use. The information will say what amperage will be used. Then you can use that to size the wire and fuse.

Please don't smoke in the trunk...
My money's on that he wants a power point for a beverage cooler.
