I think the real story that we all appear to be missing here is that Mustangs really like black wheels. Just look at one with black wheels , it looks happy, powerful , stealthy. And look at one with silver wheels, it looks like somebody took it back in time to 2004 and wanted to make it fit in.

Im closing in on senior land soon. 57 now... my gf is hot and she likes the black wheels on the mustang as do I. I don't get the geezer hate for black wheels either.

Haha well my gf is 60 actually so shes robbing the cradle with me but she is very attractive believe it or not and not just for her age. I'm lucky to have her including that she likes the black wheels....

My experience is that the red chicks tend to peck at the black wheels the most. The blond colored ones seem to prefer the machined faced with gray or black pockets. Neither the hens nor the rooster seem to care ......... Go figure !

I get more compliments from older men than anything, lol. I know women like these cars too, but it's more additive than decisive when it comes to how it affects their interest in you.

LOL, most of my cars have only received attention from guys. The only car I ever drove that could be called a chick magnet was a '74 Super Beetle convertible. I had a friend that had a MGB that had a similar results and knew a guy later who said the same about his Rabbit convertible. I guess there's a reason that chicks like chick cars.

Lol. Yeah, my former girlfriend, now wife loved my S197 and she was sad when I decided to trade it in for the 2020! She did not care for the charcoal finish RTR wheels though!
